The NCT3107S is a DDR-SDRAM bus termination regulator incorporating a remote sensing function (VSEN pin) to provide superior load regulation. The NCT3107S also provided a VREF output and an active low shutdown (SD# pin) for Suspend to RAM (STR) functionality. VREF remains active during the STR state.
