Regarding the impact of the magnitude 7.2 earthquake and subsequent aftershocks that occurred in the eastern region of Taiwan on April 3rd, we followed internal procedures. Whenever an earthquake reached evacuation standards, evacuation procedures were promptly initiated, ensuring the safety of all employees.

Our six-inch foundry fab located in the Hsinchu Science Park sustained no significant damage to its building. Some machines activated their self-protection mechanisms due to the earthquake, but overall, there is no significant impact on the company's operations.

Our company immediately implemented earthquake emergency response and business continuity plans to minimize the damage caused by the earthquake.
