In 2023, coinciding with Nuvoton's 15th anniversary and incorporating ESG principles, a series of events were organized under the slogan "Nuvoton Only 1 5 and Beyond." These activities aimed to make the 15th anniversary not only a joyful celebration but also a demonstration of corporate social responsibility. Internally, the company provided employees with the opportunity to enjoy music performances during work hours, not only taking care of their physical and mental well-being but also demonstrating support for the domestic arts and culture scene.

In August, a "Music Rally Event to Promote the 15th Anniversary Family Day" was held, featuring a performance by the Empress Band at Nuvoton's two Hsinchu factory locations. The orchestra members utilized acoustic instruments such as flutes, guzhengs, and erhus to showcase the authentic sounds of the instruments. They introduced innovative performance styles that blended traditional music with contemporary dance elements. Among the selected pieces, in addition to promoting Taiwanese folk songs, one was an exclusive theme song composed by a Taiwanese musician for Nuvoton. This song carried an inspirational theme, aiming to uplift spirits, inspire employee determination, and enhance cohesion.

During the events, the orchestra members engaged closely with the audience, allowing colleagues to experience pure and enchanting music up close. The participants were immersed in a cultural atmosphere, and the two events attracted over 300 attendees in total.
