The new generation flagship Nuvoton NuMicro® M031 and M032 series is the low-voltage, wide temperature range microcontroller with USB and large capacity based on Arm Cortex-M0 core. The operating voltage is 1.8V ~ 3.6V, and a 1.8V voltage interface is also available. The operating temperature range complies with the technical grade specifications of - 40 °C to 105 °C, and the clock can reach 48/72 MHz. It is also equipped with 512 KB Flash and 96 KB SRAM.
